Mostly good experience. The service staff were kind and the mechanics did a great job—my car runs smoothly! My only issue was that my 10:15 appointment ended up taking five hours, which made managing expectations difficult. To be fair, I was offered the shuttle service but declined, not realizing it would take that long. Overall, friendly staff and solid work, just a longer day than expected.
I entered the Bill Dodge Kia Service with a dilemma on my 2014 KIA Seltos and left with everything addressed even better than I expected. The Service Department was thorough and explained my options to my amazement leaving me with a very positive outcome that I never expected.
