I had a recall on my Kia soul . It took 2 weeks to get it back which wasn’t a big deal. A couple days after I got it back I got a call saying that it had never been repaired? I bought the car back and had it in 2 days. I know mistakes happen. The lady I dealt with at the desk could not have been nicer to me!
