Bronson is the best! Excellent customer service! It was my first experience here, I recently purchased a Kia. I had a recall that I needed to have addressed, I was able to drop the car off and was shuttled home where I work remotely and then back to the shop when my car was finished. My experience from start to finish was above and beyond excellent customer service and I would recommend Bill Dodge Kia!!!! The team at Bill Dodge Kia are top notch! Always knowledgeable always friendly, making sure everything is done right. One thing I really appreciate is that the service staff is stable so I see the same folks over time and we know each other. Particularly helpful are Adam and Bronson who I see most often.
