The Service manager was very accommodating and helpful to make sure I knew what they were performing on my car and how long it was going to take. The technician was awesome and actually came out to explain all the services he performed and even went on a ride to see if I had any questions about my vehicle . They even put together a plan for service moving forward . Great experience!

Sherry was outstanding. I would be back because of her. When she was not here, I was given a loaner that was running. I did not have a key in my hand and did not check to make sure it was in the car, but when I shut it down, it never started again. Unfortunately, I had to pay for a new key fob. My fault for not checking to make sure it was in the car, but I don’t think it ever was.
Always great, I only trust my vehicle with them.
Technicians had a difficult time of installing a new transmission in our 2015 Infinity QX60. I learned this was not a great system used by Infiniti and they have since discontinued it. But the service men trudged through and I want to thank Sheri ( service manager) Bob and Patrick for all following through for us. Good team work. Job did get done and I am thankful for their due diligence.
