worst shop in Nevada,had my truck in the shop 4 times and had to take it back4 times for simple repairs and finally took it to a small shop that I told them what it was doing and they told what it was over the phone so I took it over there they fixed it and I had no problems after that!! This business is terrible in both quality of cars and service department. When you think of cadillac you think of the best but not true for this dealership. Service department finds nothing wrong with your vehicle even when you know its not true. My new car has already 7 recalls. Would not recommend the dealer, service, or any cadillac vehicle.
I told the car dealership service department on 10/14/16 that I am out of town traveler from Massachusetts, and need a oil change. I brought my car to the dealership, a female service advisor orally quoted me $71 for the synthetic oil change. When it was done more than one hour later, the service advisor increased the service fee 107% to $147! The reason: the oil change need 8 quarters instead of 6 quarters (33% increase). What a ripoff!!

I do not recommend going here to have your vehicle serviced. Being charged a diagnosis fee in order to get my keys back to my vehicle which is still covered under the bumper to bumper warranty is outrageous. Being taken advantage of and lied to were not my espectations when I pulled into this dealership.
I definitely had one of the best experiences at joe cooper. Casey went above and beyond to help me out. If you need a car go to Casey he'll help you out. I'd send any friend or family member there to buy a car or truck!!
I recently purchased a used truck from Cadillac of South Charlotte. I drove my truck off the lot. A few miles down the road the front headlight FALLS OUT and slams against my hood. I pull over, remove it and go back to the dealership. They were accommodating but merely glued the headlight back in, leaving the actual repair to me later when I have to change the headlight.
