For the most part this visit was good. The service writer was attentive and cordial. But the session took longer than planned and the difficulty in completing the software update task seems to have resulted in a new system warning appearing after driving off the lot. Feel free to call me for additional information.
Quick service. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Offered other services without pressure. In and out with no issues. I would grade this dealership over others I’ve used in all areas.
Recently moved, needed a new local dealer, found BD GMC and they have been nothing but wonderful! From an urgent squeeze in repair to pre scheduled shuttle rides when my truck needed warranty service, they have been top notch! Kudos to Ashley and the other woman whose name I can’t recall, they are both so friendly and personable! It’s so nice to be welcomed with candor and friendly greetings! Cheers!
