The Service team worked with me to get my truck in quickly in a scenario where the truck may not be safe to drive. Everyone was kind and helpful throughout the process!

Very good outcome of my vehicle service, especially with regard to resolution my backup camera image distortion. When checking in, I was a bit dismayed that I was offered a tire rotation. Before nodding yes, I checked my own personal record maintenance file on my cell phone. My tires had been rotated at the previous service visit less than 4000 miles prior. The reason I get my service at one dealer is that they should be able to reference what has been done, and when. Fortunately I keep my own records. Caveat emptor.
I was very surprised to have Alivia taking care of my car! She was awesome! Since I leave it there for oil change and inspection it is very important to keep me updated!. I hope to see her next time!
