I came in to diagnose an engine warning light. Technician found faulty grill shutter, but said you’d have to replace both. Only had 1 in stock, balance would be somewhere between 4/24 and 6/1. Alivia said she called a couple places for the other part, but no luck. I’m not supposed to drive this vehicle till potentially 6/1??? This is unacceptable! This problem is covered under warranty on a very expensive truck with only 37000 miles, yet I’m without a vehicle for weeks! I think you need to do a wider search for grill shutter... read more
