Attempted to purchase new 2020 Chevrolet truck. I agreed to a price, signed an initialed the paperwork, I cleaned out my vehicle, only to have the salesman tell me there was a mistake. They had priced the wrong vehicle / VIN number and would no longer sell it at price I had signed for. Sales Manager would not honor the deal. Even gave them the chance a couple days later to find a similar truck at the originally agreed to price, only to receive an email that they were unable to reconstruct a deal.
This place has the worst service advisors ever wanted to charge me $500.00 diagnostic fee because my truck has custom woofers that are tap in to a door speaker! Truck had been there for 5 day never did anything. My advisor Rosie also told me that the mechanic had looked at the truck and said that the truck didn’t turn on and it had custom audio note something I told them my self. My truck only has 12500 miles on it cover my factory warranty and they didn’t what to help me out. Finally I took my business somewhere else. do go... read more

I rolled in in my tow truck having major issues on sat from NH. These guys had mechanic Bill work on my truck on Monday morning They were very friendly as I waited had there shuttle take me for lunch, diagnosed my issue repaired it and got me rolling back north.
