We met Bill in 2021 when we were looking to buy our first home in Franklin. This was a very competitive time to be a buyer as interest rates were very attractive and we distinctly remember going into open houses where numerous buyers and best and final offer being expected by 5pm that day. Bill made the entire process of buying our first home in the US smooth and stress-free. He was patient, taking the time to explain everything to us, we always knew what to expect and what needed to be done. We had our hearts set on a particular house, and he made it happen! Bill was attentive, prompt, and personable. Never once felt like he was trying to help us get to 'yes' on a home purchase more quickly than we were ready. Bill's top priority was clearly to help us find what was right for our family, however long that would take. We hired an agent, but we ended up with a new friend...and, oh by the way, a great new home. I highly recommend Bill.
