Bill D Pope Very very strict he is an ex- Military very professional and he takes really serious his job they might be a wait on the lobby but for me it is very worth the wait no complains at all i got 4 kids and we’ve been coming here ever since … Like i said great Dr. and his a good man He really enjoys what he does here 👍🏽💯
They do not respect their patients’ time, which comes across as very unprofessional. While a minimal wait time is understandable, waiting over two hours is completely unreasonable. It would be beneficial for them to improve their scheduling process instead of overbooking appointments, which appears to prioritize profit over patient care.
Dr Pope is a great professional but he needs to CHANGE all his staff.. they are NOT attentive, always ignoring requests from parents and just not supportive at all for the needs of Dr. Pope's patients.
RIDICULOUS!!! My daughter had and appointment @ 1:30 but I decided to leave at 3:38 because they told us there was another hour- hour and a half left of waiting. So FYI if you have an appointment at 1:30, you’re probably going to be there till 5-5:30 waiting your turn.
It’s a great dentist and good staff but make sure you take snack's you will be there at least 4 hours waiting to be called to go in .
