I've been coming here for like 2 years now just because he's the only dentist in my network but it is ridiculous.My son had his appointment at 3pm got here at 2:30pm and it was 6 pm still havent been seen. Then when you ask the staff or receptionist why it's taking long or if you're almost next they ignore you or look at you like you're stupid. Seriously need to get a new dentist
Very bad personal secretaries with their short temper respond to you when they feel like it, 🙄🙄
This dentist needs to have his license revoked! Do NOT trust him doing any work on your child! There are so many other pediatric dentists in the valley with incredible bedside manner with children. The experience with my grandson having his teeth looked at was traumatizing to him and Dr pope could care less to help him feel comfortable. The worst children’s doctor I’ve seen in my life. Read reviews and be warned.

Appt at 1. Didn’t see dr til 3:10. We have been here before and never experience this type of negligence. Front desk ladies looked like. they didnt wanna be there, they are there for a paycheck. Dr seemed rushed, did not give proper time to explain. I was referred here by Agua Dental so my son can get tooth extracted & was told my insurance wouldn’t cover for something “simple”. I called Agua Dental and they told me my insurance should cover they dont know why dr did not want to go that route. Anyway, I am not coming here ag... read more
