I purchased my 2025 Ranger Lariat here, eight months later with 2800 on it. My mechanic pointed out that the right front tire was wearing on outside left front. I called about getting it aligned to prevent further wear, service man told me alignment is not covered under warranty that I would have to pay for it. Same experience as the other recent reviews. Awful communication and judging by the aptitude and attitude of their customer service personnel, they’re not interested in helping you. You can find way better service for your ford in the Tampa area. Don’t even bother with their concierge team, they don’t answer calls or texts.
Enid assisted me in the most appreciated way with the service of my truck and working diligently with my warranty to make sure I received full support in my truck repairs. She always kept open lines of communication with updates and made sure my military discount was applied. Overall, I was very satisfied with her professionalism and work done.
