Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Some of the worst communication skills I have ever seen. Don't expect updates on your vehicle, parts, or when to pick your vehicle up. Even if they give you a time, they won't honor it, or communicate if the deadline changes. No accountability for repeated lapses in communication. When they drop the ball they say things like "what would you want me to do?"
Called ahead and schedule an appointment for bumping in my transmission (it was failing) and set for 9am. I arrived on time and escorted inside by three people outside. Once inside two guys available 1 on phone and 1 just staring at computer. I had to interrupt the guy at the computer who really didn't know what to do with me and guy on phone had to tell me to wait for him (not sure what was going on there). Great staff!
Absolutely horrible service department. They find ways to not pay for thier service and all types of excuse. Held my car for 2 days. Lost the keys and have been given the runaround. I would definitely go to another dealer.
Low customer service at the new service center. 1st time taking my Mustang RTR for service and you would figure for a $70K car it would be washed and vacuumed as part of the service. I noticed there was a car wash coupon during checkout and went back inside to ask for a coupon. No mention of that being an option to wash my car during the checkout process.
