After waiting four-and-a-half months, with MULTIPLE phone conversations with Kevin, Parts Manager, and MULTIPLE promises that an over $2,000 refund for parts PICKED UP by their rep would be given, I FINALLY contacted Ford Corporate offices for assistance. STILL awaiting a $250 refund for a core they picked up back in February. I will update Ford Corp of this situation.

I love the guys from parts dept, they are really nice except and old guy named TOM. really rude, said will call me back and called me after 5 hrs and hang up the phone. You get 1* only because of him.
