My car just quick running and I had to have my car towed to Bill Cramer. Not only the person assigned to me Mike gave me top notch customer service he kept me so informed. I also had my car repaired in 1 day! This is why I only buy from Bill Cramer and have my cars service there! Thanks Bill Cramer!
Went in for an oil change and recall on a factory part…vehicle driver side door was damaged.
I purchased a new 2025 Sierra AT4 in December. I was told that there was a paint protection plan that was compliments of Bill Cramer that I could come back every 6 months and take advantage of it. Later I found out that they charged me for it which I was ok with. I have decided to get the truck professionally ceramic coated now who would negate any need for a paint protection plan. I have not received any service to date for the program. I stopped by today and asked if I could be reimbursed that money or even given a service... read more
Great service reps. Kind, timely and knowledgeable.
Worst chevy diesel repair ever!! Took 6 days to get repair started and have to hunt down tech. Hourly diesel repair is 220 hour!! Then they want 3.2 percent to pay with card. Billed for 5.5 hours to repair a not hard part to get to that had 2 screws and a electric plug. Then charged 220 for a regen. They did knock hrs down to 3.5 but diesel repair guideline shows job should take 1.5 hrs and regen does not take a hour!! Dealership did not even pay for 1 day of rental car at 44 dollars a day.
