Service center recommended multiple replacements that were not needed (Took ot straight to another mechanic to confirm)Left battery terminals loose and caused me to breakdown 1000 miles away. Never reset error codes they fixed. Left message to notify the service rep of the mistake and never hear back.

Special shout out to Mel in the service department who went above and beyond to find me a service department in Ohio. She called and set up the appointment, gave directions, phone contact and name. I had already called two dealerships and she reached out to Mark Walberg and got me an appointment for that day! Thank you Mel for making my day and providing excellent customer service.
Everything went great, great customer service. The price is a little high but everything now days is. One thing I would note. Maybe a quick vacuum after the employees get in the vehicle. I found pet hair in mine and I am highly allergic. Good thing I saw it, and had someone wipe it down for me.
