Bill Cramer Chevy took great care of me. I’m from out of town and had a problem with my car. Bill Cramer got it in the next day after I called late afternoon. They diagnosed and repaired my vehicle in the same day, and gave me a ride back to my house and then back to the dealership. Great service, very helpful, and knowledgeable.
Called the service department to ensure they provided a particular service at which time the service rep informed me they did. I took my vehicle in for the service and was informed they did not perform that service and haven’t for some time. If you work in the service department you should know what services you provide!
My Truck was dropped off for what I was told was going to be a five minute job. After being without my truck for a full week with absolutely zero communication from Bill Cramer Chevrolet GMC, my wife called to check the status but was only able to leave a message for a call back. My wife called twice, leaving messages both times with, yet again, zero communication returned.
