Excellent service!!
Brought vehicle in by APPOINTMENT for a specific noise coming from the turbo area, had one of the service writers ride with me so they could hear it. Thought we were on the same page about what could be causing the noise. 45 minutes later I'm brought in and was told it was my heat shield, I very questioned it as the noise sounded nothing like a heat shield and was told I'd be SUPRISED, well due to the location of the heat shield I had it replaced anyway and they were sure it would be the fix, I cashed out drove it around the... read more
