After two weeks of the body shop looking into a previous part that was replaced on my vehicle and being told more time was needed to research it, today i lost my patients. Before having my issue fixed I was told by Chris in the body shop that "I could catch more flies with honey than vinegar, that if I was more pleasant he might be more inclined to help me, that he could put my file on the bottom of the pile of he wanted" thanks Chris for all your professionalism
