Keep searching! I'm sure Bill Cournoyer Floor Refinishing was a much better company when Bill was in charge. Poor communication! Late 2 1/2 weeks to start job and we were told 5 to 7 weeks to complete job.... 12 weeks later semi-finished. We were promised new air vents in the floors after Chad was paid, and supposedly, they were special ordered. Never got them and never cared to answer our calls or texts. The quality in his work is just OK. Thats why he gets a 1 star.
