Fui cliente de la agencia por casi 10 años y cancele mi póliza y no me devolvieron el dinero completo estaba supuestamente ser 198.99 y enviaron 156.50 más me cobraron 49.17 y me siento me robaron y no le recomiendo a nadie esta agencia I it’s not a good business practice
Hard to reach and when you do they are short and rude. I finished my 20 Life Insurance policy and cancelled. So glad to be done with this office!
I've been with Bill Cordy for 30+ years. Recently, I needed to contact them and nobody answers the phone, nobody calls back. I went there (now a bad area) and there was one gentleman (who was very nice) but it is no longer being staffed and it seems like Bill is just waiting for the business to die.
If you like not getting responses or being able to get in touch with someone for several days, this is your Guy! State Farm used to be the giant in the industry but has decided to stay an old dinosaur in an industry that has modernized everything. Multiple cars are still setup on separate policies with separate renewal dates, etc. Cannot get a quote during non office hours or immediately such as when you are trying to buy a car.
