Went in for an update on my 2018 ford escape and after an hour they said it would not take and a new unit would be $800 ish. This is not necessarily a bad thing that BCFSD did or did not do. To edit this 1 week later I had another update from apple and cured everything. Bill Colwell service department did everything in there capabilities to help me.
Not horrible but I feel some of the service advisors need some work when engaging and keeping their female customers in the loop..
