Absolutely terrible experience with this dealership. Purchased a brand new Lincoln navigator from out of state. Learned two months into ownership when I was pulled over by the police that Colwell Had done absolutely nothing to register my new vehicle. Instead of processing the registration paperwork and sending it to the Secretary of State, they simply took my plates off my original vehicle and put them on the new one. Great dealership to work with. Nice to work with people that treat you like a human instead of a number. That’s all the perks of a small town dealer. Very thorough from start to finish plus everyone is friendly what more can you ask for. Keep up the great work and you never know will probably go back for our next vehicle.
