I have called the dealership five times in the last four days left two voicemails to schedule service on our Lincoln and nobody will call back. I’ve called the receptionist and left a message and requested to be transferred to a live person, nothing!!! I will be contacting Lincoln to voice my complaints
Advisor was great. Facility could use better signage. With more staff and returning phone calls could get 5 stars
