I purchased a Lincoln Nautilus from this dealership on July 1st. They had my non-expired driver’s license and proof of address at the time of purchase. Despite that, they completely failed to handle my paperwork in a timely manner. On August 8th, more than a month later, they told me they “didn’t have” my proof of address (even though they did when I bought the car), so I emailed it again.
