CT in sales is amazing! He is compassionate and truly cares about the happiness of his customers even after you purchased a vehicle. I was having trouble with my car and the service department had it for one week. I made one phone call to CT and he did what he could to ensure my Easter weekend was perfect with a loaner vehicle. If you are looking for a new Ford ask for CT and tell them Sheryl sent you!
