We called ahead and spoke to Frank requesting a couple vehicles we were interested in seeing. When we arrived he met us outside and welcomed us with the vehicles prepared and ready. He was definitely a pleasure to buy from and he and Dylan (Sales Mgr) made the buying experience seamless. Thank you!
Very long wait times for service. No call when the wait time was more than double the estimated time. Often, when I call, no one answers, and the voicemail box is full, so you can't even leave a message. I do not recommend this dealership.
My check light came on my Licoln Nautilus on a Tuesday. Called my Lincoln advisor and was told computer code was showing a faulty evaporator purge valve in the emissions system. Took my car in August 25th and got it back September 3rd.Thats 8 days for a two hour repair. THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE. Want to purchase a new Lincoln later this year but this makes me hesitate.
