I’ve been a customer for years, transferred when I move to the area. Sent my 2011 f150 truck in after having break issues, made an appointment. They had it for 7 days (5 work days) and I told them at the appointment I didn’t mind a couple day but need my truck. Two days after appointment I get a call 3,000 dollars for breaks and rotors and two leaking lines. Though it was high but said ok anyway. Frank was an AMAZING salesman. I originally saw the car posted online and he answered all of my questions and concerns before buying. The process was super quick but didn’t feel rushed. Days after the sale he still remained great communication. He even went out of his way to screw on my license plate and show me how to operate the tire kit in the trunk. Wait time was 2 1/2 hours for an oil change. No time frame given when the vehicle was dropped off. Disappointing.
BILL COLLINS FORD/LINCOLN I scheduled an oil change, tire rotation, engine check, and fluid topping for my Lincoln Nautilus. The level of professionalism and dedication exhibited was exceptional. I was informed of the services prior to the appointment, including a vehicle wash. This was highly beneficial.
