Bought a vehicle in early March from Bill Cole. Deal went smooth everyone was really friendly and professional. Spent the extra $$$$ on purchasing additional clear coat protection. Have called numerous times left messages and as of today no call, no appointment scheduled as told and they still have the money they had to have the next day at a certain time. Poor customer service. Should think about purchasing extras because if they’ve done it to one I’m sure they’re others. This is the 2nd from Bill Cole and will be the last!... read more
