Bought a vehicle in early March from Bill Cole. Deal went smooth everyone was really friendly and professional. Spent the extra $$$$ on purchasing additional clear coat protection. Have called numerous times left messages and as of today no call, no appointment scheduled as told and they still have the money they had to have the next day at a certain time. Poor customer service. Should think about purchasing extras because if they’ve done it to one I’m sure they’re others. This is the 2nd from Bill Cole and will be the last!... read more
Went Saturday and found a car we wanted but it had to go through service. Had our sales pro work out a deal for us and to give it time to go through service. Found out it needed a part yesterday and it would be Tuesday before we would be able to pickup. My husband had to work and got off at 5. Was told this evening around 4:45 that the car was detailed and ready and then when we are 5 minutes away was told that another person was test driving and probably buying it.
