Great group of employees in the service department at Nissan. Nick and Andy are very professional and knowledgeable. Exciting news finding out Dutch Miller is picking up where the Cole's left off.
Best service department in the Tri -state area. I have purchased 6 vehicles since 2010 from this dealership and nobody has worked on them but Bill Cole’s service department!
I took my mother's car to have dash lights looked at. It is under warranty with Nissan however andy the technician stated he did not know how to "replicate" the issue. He charged $149 x 2 for 2 diagnostic tests ! Advanced auto could have done same tests and not charged anything. We have purchased countless vehicles at bill cole and for $343 they didn't even reset the tire light. Their customer service is perhaps the worst I've ever dealt with. I'm disgusted with Bill Cole.
