I had made an appointment for an oil change in alignment. When I showed up, they said it would be a few hours because they had a truck on the alignment rack, so I waited the 3.5 hours they said. I called to check and they hadn’t even started on my car. Regardless of making an appointment, my car wasn’t even worked on that day.

Over the years, I've taken several different vehicles, including Toyotas, to Bill Cole Ford (Quick Lane in Ashland KY) for both minor and major services. Typically, I get excellent and quick service. At that location, I don't get pressured into buying unnecessary services or equipment. Today, I took my all-time favorite vehicle, a 2018 Ford F150 super crew.
