The representative was very pleasant to work with. Very informative and willing to provide up front pricing expectations for future maintenance. Any time you go to the dealership it is more expensive than other repair shops, so I expected to come out of pocket quite steeply. Unfortunately I don't want to void any warranties that I have for my newly purchased/financed vehicle, so to the Ford service center I go willingly. The atmosphere was clean. Normally, I’m pleased with my service, however, this instance I called my rep to let them know that the heat shield for my oil pan was in the bed of my truck. I requested that they place the shield back in place once they finished the oil changed. That did not happen.
The staff was very friendly and helpful, but the prices were too high, probably not going back
I had made an appointment for an oil change in alignment. When I showed up, they said it would be a few hours because they had a truck on the alignment rack, so I waited the 3.5 hours they said. I called to check and they hadn’t even started on my car. Regardless of making an appointment, my car wasn’t even worked on that day.
