The mechanism was very friendly and professional and it was so so nice that he came to my home to do the repair instead of me having to find someone available to follow me over and then take me back to pick up my car when it was finished!

Josh was very patient and kind. He asked all of the correct questions to help diagnose my vehicle. Above all, I felt he was extremely HONEST with what was wrong and how much time to expect while the vehicle was being repaired. HONESTY is rare at this establishment, in my experience, and I greatly valued his ability to step above the “sales” mentality and do what was right with solving the problem!!!
