I’m very disappointed with the service I’ve received from the parts department at Bill Cole Automall. I brought my Ford Escape in for a recall a year ago—at the very dealership where I originally purchased the vehicle 5 months prior—and it has yet to be resolved. Each time I’ve called for an update, I’ve been given a different excuse with no clear resolution.
