The transition from leaving one agent in Streamwood to State Farm in McHenry with Bill Colbert and his staff was amazing. So accommodating, always quick to respond with any questions or concerns I would have. He did it again. Bill charged me $83.56 on a bogus claim my son was a third driver. Son doesn't live with me or drives my car.He said he would fix it and didn't.Since I left him for a good State Farm agent he says they can't see my forms so tough luck, go deal with your new agent. Bill screwed it up and now they won't take responsibility for his mistake
