THE WORST EXPERIENCE WE HAVE EVER HAD!!! RUN!!! BILL CLARK HAS KILLED OUR "NEW FAMILY HOME DREAMS"! We have priorly owned 2 Nev Development homes and 3 other existing. We decided to purchase a spec home halfway through from Bill Clark for our family of 6 + Dog There has been nothing but problems after the home was completed it was the worst drywall job/paint job, the windows were not working correctly and completely off track Doors not shutting or lined up FULL DOOR FRAMES completely off track!.... to add we had a PIPE... read more

I love my new home in NC. However, we are part-timers so we’re not there all the time. Our warranty expired recently but I am now finding all these little things that weren’t finished properly or aren’t working properly. I originally gave a fabulous review and now I’m disappointed.
