Had to call back twice after CRYSTAL kept hanging up. I had to spell my name several times and even pronounced it very slowly so she could understand, when asked if single I said yes and she made a noise like a humft as if to say ‘not surprised’ I told her my husband passed away and there was no need for this attitude and she you guessed it…hung up again. I’m done! Never using this agent or his staff.
