This was my 4th transmission to get repaired here. These guys used to be great, the best by far. Things have changed. They never answer the phone and if you don’t talk to Bill himself the others are worthless. I took a classic truck I had already sold to someone. All I had to do was repair the transmission. The truck had other issues and was sent elsewhere for electrical repairs. The communication throughout this process was nonexistent. They had the truck for 2 months. Terrible shop if you expect a good rebuild on a early 2000's Chevy. The first trans didn't even get my wife and daughter back home. Thankfully her sister followed. The second trans went out within 4,000 miles and I had to pay the towing bill without reimbursement. The third trans went out around 6,000 miles and again I paid for tow without reimbursement. Now I went to get my Envoy for the fourth go round and the plastic that covers my third break light is broke like someone pulled it up by hand. Oh and when I got it the firs... read more

I have been using Bill for transmission builds on my personal cars and my customer cars as a mechanic since 2007. I’ve been a tech since 1998 and the shops I have worked for have tried all sorts of transmission shops for our transmissions and had tons of trouble at each one, I was able to convince a couple of them to switch to Bills and everything was smooth sailing after that.
