Terrible shop if you expect a good rebuild on a early 2000's Chevy. The first trans didn't even get my wife and daughter back home. Thankfully her sister followed. The second trans went out within 4,000 miles and I had to pay the towing bill without reimbursement. The third trans went out around 6,000 miles and again I paid for tow without reimbursement. I have been using Bill for transmission builds on my personal cars and my customer cars as a mechanic since 2007. I’ve been a tech since 1998 and the shops I have worked for have tried all sorts of transmission shops for our transmissions and had tons of trouble at each one, I was able to convince a couple of them to switch to Bills and everything was smooth sailing after that.
