Terrible experience. Started with the poor attempt to sell me $300 of add ons I didn’t want or need - nobody called to say when car was ready but I was challenged “have we texted you?” when I went for it (after calling and after 9 hours). Then the car was returned uncleaned because they apparently stopped doing that “literally today”. Suffice to say the car won’t be going back there.
Very pleased with the courteous, friendly and efficient service we received from Northern Beaches Volkswagen. Well done to all members of their service division.
Rubbish place and service. Bought a demo car with 1000kms, as I reached home, realised there was damage on the badge. Tried to claim warranty. No communication for over a month. Then was informed that the badge will cost 1100 to fix at my expense. They were quick to take the money
Expect extremely long wait times, no return calls, despite promises to call back, and slow service. I was on hold for an hour at 9am to get an update on my car which has been there for 3 days.
We just bought our first family car from Sam at Brookvale Volkswagen, and the experience was absolutely seamless and amazing. Sam was professional, honest, and incredibly efficient from start to finish. He made the whole process quick and easy, and we felt supported the entire way through. His kindness, reliability, and genuine care for his customers really stood out. We couldn’t be happier with our new car and the service we received from Sam!
