Bought a T Roc R from this dealership and was more than happy with the service. The salesperson Mariam made the process so smooth it was a pleasurable experience. I had a minor issue that needed attention after I bought the car . Normally you hear negative experiences when this occurs . This dealership followed through with the same service I received when buying the car . If you’re in the market for a new car and want great customer service throughout would highly recommend this business .
Scam alert! I took my 2019 VW Golf here for lane assist and cruise control failure. Northern Beaches Volkswagen told me “Germany won’t allow us to fix this, we must replace the whole instrument cluster” and quoted $5,291. Insane lie. Lane assist and cruise control have nothing to do with the cluster — I got it fixed today at Allan’s Auto Botany with a simple camera calibration for $450. These people are either clueless or deliberately ripping customers off. Avoid this place at all costs.
