The team are good and Jimmy is very helpful.
No record of my booking when I arrived. I was told to pick up at 10am, arrived on time, and was then told the car wasn’t ready because staff were on a break. They had my contact details but made no effort to call. Landed waiting nearly 90 mins. No complimentary car wash. Really disappointing experience I expected more from Toyota
Had one of those days where everything that could go wrong did. Knew I had to fly out at lunchtime. Arrived in Sydney after a 2 Hour drive. And then my battery died. Jimmy and Peter from the service centre sorted it out and I made my flight. I’m so grateful for their help. I’ve been going to get my car serviced there for years (decades if you include previous cars) and they’ve never let me down. Thank you.

The guys installed a Toyota gr86 rear spoiler and although not cheap looks amazing. Installation was perfect and totally professional. Jimmy and his team out shined other Toyota dealerships, especially in their communication and friendly attitude. Excellent stuff
