We asked Bill Buckle if they could make a quote for repairs and to not do any repairs without checking as we were very short of cash. Unfortunately, Bill Buckle charged us around $200 for the quote without checking with us that there would be a charge if they quoted. We said that we were not happy to be charged when they did not check with us first that there would be charge just for a quote. We will never go back to Bill Buckle! So disappointed as a long term Toyota customer. I’ve had ONLY Toyotas for 10 years until visiting Bill Buckle Brookvale Toyota. I actually purchased a Corolla from them previously so went in to look at SUVs. My husband and I were approached by an older Asian sales assistant who was extremely abrupt. He asked what I was interested in and I said a cross over SUV to which he was stating we couldn’t afford it.
