He was hired by my septic system provider Asack to install the electrical wiring for the septic pump. Evidently Bill cant afford a ladder so he used one of my chairs to reach the ceiling in the boiler room and left a boot print and then when he ran the wire to the outside wall he stepped on top of my new cloths dryer, left another boot print and dented the top in.
