Called them a few weeks ago asking for a quote - was told they would get back with me. Didn't hear anything so after a few days I wrote them an email. They didn't respond to the email either. Ended up calling a different agency and got my insurance setup.

I have NEVER been disappointed with these ladies. 20+ years doing business with this agency.
Terrible service, just absolutely horrible. Passive aggressive attitude; stay away!!!
