Very honest & professional
We gave this man Brandon Boyce of boyce septic in staatsburg half the money up front so he would be able to get the tank we needed. He still has not done the job. He kept saying this weekend,this weekend. The money was given July 29th. The job is still not done September 4th. He hasn't shown or given us the money back. We never had this problem dealing with the father. Its disappointing to try and help small businesses in your area to be scammed like this.
I am so grateful to have found Boyce Septic. My original septic issue was misdiagnosed by another company that gave me an estimate for thousands of dollars worth of work that wasn't necessary. Bill was so kind and tried to troubleshoot a few things with me over the phone before coming to my home to help the next day.
