Bill and his Aaron did a great job at our home. We had our waterline break and we needed to shut off all the water to the house. Bill rearranged his already busy schedule so he could get over to us. Professional, respectful, good people! Very happy with Bill Blair Plumbing LLC -- Water heater went out Friday night before Christmas. I contacted them Saturday morning (left msg with reception team) and Bill was able to show up that afternoon to assess. He determined most likely cause and we discussed options. Bill installed my Bradford White Hydrogen electric water heater 2 yrs ago. It went kaput, so I called him. He spent most of Monday 12/30/24, right before the New Year's holiday, trouble shooting with me on the phone. WOW!!!!! With his superb coaching, we got the water heater running again! what a GIFT! He had volunteered to come over but suggested we try to restart the water heater (using his tricks of the trade) to attempt to avoid a rebuild today. He saved me a fortune. I called Bill at the recommendation of my wife and he came out within two hours and was able to fix a very unexpected leak at a very unfortunate time right after Christmas for a beyond reasonable price.
