Check in was easy with friendly service representative. Truck recall was done along with the oil change and tire rotation. Truck interior was respected as was the outside. Have used another local dealer and not the same level of service.
Mr. Willie Gilchrist blessed me yesterday! He was friendly and treated me like a queen. I guess yall changed my oil and stuff but I really didn't care after encountering Mr. Willie. I think Im in love. But seriously he was so kind to me and I really appreciated his attentiveness to my car service.
I never should have had to go to the dealership because of a part that is supposed to last at least 100,000 miles but failed at 2900 miles. There is a recall on some models of the Equinox because of the fuel pump module. My Equinox was not included in the recall. There is a class action suit against GM for this issue. My car died while driving down the road and I had to have it towed to the dealer. Cars suddenly dying because of the fuel pump module is dangerous to the driver and others around the vehicle. They were nice and explained what was wrong with my vehicle. They even found cheaper break pads for me since my model has the most expensive brake pads and battery there is on the market. They serviced my car promptly and had it ready by end of day even though they did more work than originally requested.
