Bad Service & Food Portions Vary I always give a restuarant a three strikes your out rule. This place is definately out. On three occassions I have tried this place out and all three times I was disappointed. Service was terrible and it didn't matter if I went when they first opened or if they were moderately busy. On one occassion we did carry out and they food was great and they gave you alot. When I ordered it in the restuarant it was only half of what I received before. I hope others have a better experience.
great food, slow service I am a huge fan of Bill Bateman's. I have eaten there an embarrassing amount of times. As a super picky person and pesotarian, my husband is thrilled that Bateman's is my favorite restaurant. I have not had a bad meal there and have eaten there over 20 times. Crab dip is fantastic as well as Salmon Sandwich!! Service is and has always been slow at every location i have been to....but for me, the food is worth the wait.
Bill Bateman's Bistro is not someplace we'll go again. We had high hopes for this conveniently located restaurant but the food was awful. We had old ribs smothered in a too garlicky sauce, fishy tasting crab cakes (not very fresh), and a pitiful chicken entree. The staff was nice, but we left hungry. Not to mention the fact that a glass of nothing special wine was $8. Ridiculous.
Rogy Good food. Love the ribs! Great service. Everyone was friendly. Been there before and will go back. Inviting atmosphere. Great place to go for sports events. TVs inside and out on patio.
