I'm a Professional Home Inspector. Bill Anderson Air is not only my "go to" HVAC company for my clients, they are my "GO TO" HVAC company for my personal HVAC needs. Bill Anderson Air is responsive. If you dont reach a LOCAL LIVE PERSON, they call you back if you leave a message. The technicians are Knowledgable, explaining the issue, solution, cost & time frame to remedy.
These guys are fantastic! After researching online, I realized that, despite working fine, my 23-year-old furnace might need replacing solely due to its age. Every other HVAC contractor confirmed my findings and recommended a replacement. However, when I spoke with Mike at Bill Anderson, he was the only one who took the time to investigate further. I've used Bill Anderson Air twice recently, I wish I've used them earlier, instead of slightly cheaper company. They are always on time and doing great job. Best value for your money.
These guys have great reviews and they do decent work. However my experience last year has been awful. I was made to wait for months because they have bigger customers waiting, meaning they have full replacements in progress. I understand if it is for a couple of weeks but this lasted for months until the end of summer. Not using them anymore and found somebody else for all my needs and my rentals. Beware if you are calling them for AC repair and not replacement.
Really there isn’t anyone in Katy that comes close to the level of service these guys provide. They are the last of a dying breed. They aren’t trying to make a killing on every call. They come to do what you are paying them to do, fix your problem. Not to add more problems by trying to sell you things you don’t need. Can’t recommend these guys high enough.
