Let's just say he's opportunistic....we had a power surge in the house that blew out a power bar. Bill did respond quickly. He looked at the situation and gave reassurance that everything would be ok once the power bar was replaced. He was here 15 min and didn't install, repair or replace anything. Charged me $150 cash without any rationalization. I recommend you get a quote. Glad he didn't actually do anything. Can't imagine how much that would have cost.
