My experience was amazing all the staffs and therapists are excellent my son enjoy every session he is so excited when he have to go
Very nice environment. They care about the children and they leave happy after the sessions! Staff is very welcoming and they speak Spanish!
I had a terrible experience at this facility. It took three months, with constant follow ups, to start the sessions. After two months of treatment, and rendering agreed upon copayment, the office decided to bill us retroactively for additional service with incremental copayments. This was not disclosed to us prior to treatment. The office found it justifiable to bill for three services in a 30 minute session, one of which lasted 5 minutes.
