While I hope I don't need to go back, I would definitely go back to this urgent care center. I registered in advance and the check-in process was quick and easy. I waited no more than 5 minutes before a nurse brought me back for vitals, and Dr. Friedberg joined immediately. After an exam of my symptoms, some basic labs were completed on site with near-immediate results. I went into urgent care, the technician who does X-rays was out. That was completely fine with me I just went to another urgent care. But what was really a shock was the receptionist Kim King. She must of had a rough morning because of the tone she was giving was not very welcoming. I work in member services at a health insurance and I treat every member as if they are the only one regardless of how I feel. I make sure I give exceptional service, especially when it has to do with people’s health and concerns.
This is an excellent facility filled with wonderful health care providers. Dr. Masselli, Jeff, and the rest of the staff took great care of me. Highly recommend this facility.
