RecommendedNeeded 4 tires for my camper. Biles special ordered them at a great price. They arrived the next day as promised. In and out in 90 minutes! Great service!!
I have had nothing but prompt, willfull, and happy service from EVERYONE at Biiles!!!
I arrived 30 minutes before they closed in my RV and they tried to fix a tire put lacked a part, which they could of had the next day, but I left. Wish I would have stayed since the tire continued to lose air. They were all pleasant and helpful.
Terrible service. Tony is a prick. I walked in and told him I needed a tire patched. We chatted about it for a minute or so. He was filling out paperwork on his desk so I figured he would get to me when got done. When he finished his paperwork he sat back in his chair and didn't even speak to me. I waited there a total of 20 minutes and finally just left. Don't go here.
You and Your employees need to learn some customer service.I wouldn't let them change my bicycle tire...rudest people in butts co. I recommend chucks!!!
