RecommendedBiles Completed a complicated job at our residence in Parlin, NJ. The work was difficult , requiring some trenching to relieve a water basement issue. They worked two long days into the dark to get it done. They were professional, knowledgeable and very neat. I would highly recommend this contractor. .. R . Salvatore
Would never use them again. They repaired a light and there was a defective part. They said they would come out and change defective part but wanted me to pay the $150 service fee! That is absurd! They put in a defective part and should have changed it. Would never recommend them to anyone!!! Terrible customer service!!

We are sorry you aren't happy with our service. The part that failed was not due to workmanship. We offered to honor the manufacturer's warranty and supply the part free of charge, but charge for the labor as the manufacturer doesn't cover labor charges. Send us the failed part and we will be happy to send you a new one.
I am thrilled that a colleague at work told me about Biles as I needed some electrical work done. They were easy to deal with, Sharon was VERY responsive and the electricians did a FANTASTIC job! I highly recommend them. I am glad they do other things beside electrical work as once you find a good company it is great if you can use them for other things! They were always on time, friendly and professional. I had new circuits put in my kitchen and I am so happy!
I'd like to take this opportunity to say how thankful I am that Biles Electrical exists. My wife and I just purchased a home in East Brunswick and decided to host Thanksgiving. The only problem was that we didn't have a garbage disposal and didn't have the time or the skill set to install one ourselves. So I called Biles and they came right away to install it. I have used Biles for all of my plumbing and HVAC needs. They are responsive, come when they say, and finish what they start. I have used them at least 7-8 times, and I have never had a problem with them, and would use them again.
