We contacted HomeSmart to have our refrigerator serviced on a Friday. The following Monday one of Bilder Appliance's our obviously clueless service techs came here. We had, in the past, been told that if you unplug the refrig, leave it a while, and plug it back in, it would reset the computer. We had already tried that and it didn't fix it. But your repair guy didn't try that, didn't look if there was dust/debris clogging something.
