Wish I could be giving a 5 star rating! 2nd trip out this morning & guess the wrong parts were ordered? Looking at another week or so without food storage. We are hurting SO bad from COVID financial ramifications, this is much more than an inconvenience. Guess Bosch Refrigerators completely fall apart after one year in service? Having the control board & complete ice marker both fail together, this soon, is also highly suspicious. On Sunday at 8:30PM, a power surge zapped our fridge main control board. By Monday at 10:00AM, Mike from Bilder Appliance had diagnosed the issue, made a quick trip to acquire the part, and replaced it successfully. Thank you Bilder for the great customer service and quick turnaround! We will use your company again, but hopefully not too soon! :-)

AJ from Bilder Appliance did an amazing job with our stove top! He fixed what seemed impossible to fix!!! I love that they are quick at scheduling appointments, that when they give you the three hour range of time, they usually show up at the beginning rather than when the three hours are almost up like other companies do. AJ was extremely helpful and vey adamant about getting our stove fixed. I would highly recommend this company and will request AJ next time we need our appliances repaired. Well done AJ!!
