Walked in about 30 minutes before closing on SUNDAY and was still met with a warm welcome. Dan was super helpful right from the start. Every person I interacted with greeted me like I belonged there. Great selection of bikes, great service. I did this two days on vacation and both of the staff members I worked with were very cool and made great suggestions based on my size and my needs and what I was trying to do. Tip for out-of-towners: Definitely take the routes they suggest. Both of the routes I took were amazing. I would have seen way less just cruising around. Although next time I go to Sullivan Island I'll probably put the bike in the truck and just drive over the bridge. The bridge was lengthy with way less payoff... read more

Bilda is THEEE most amazing company. I bought my first real bike with them, they have taken amazing care of me and Ms Minty. Ms. Minty was stolen last Friday. I went in to get one of the used bikes they sell and they took care of me like I was buying a brand new bike....and my mom surprised me with Minty 2.0. This time, they made sure I had the best lock with insurance coverage, we made sure the serial number was on the invoice, and we talked about air tags and the best way to use them.
