Great experience. My new bike is very comfortable and the service was great. Can’t beat the price. - Had to make an edit. While this bike is comfortable, it's disappointing to see so much rust. Spokes and chain are completely shot. I keep this bike indoors, so this shouldn't happen.
Shoutout the fellas Alex, Jeff, Bowie for assembling my new bike on the same day of delivery. They recommended State Bicycle and hasn’t disappointed👍🏻👍🏻
The individual attention that Jeff gave us was fantastic! He took the time to chat about how to avoid my bike getting stolen from campus. He overheard us talking about the Darius Rucker festival and gave us his ticket because he could not attend anymore, which was SO generous. I will 100% be going back here if I need a tune-up or have any other bike issues.
Highly Recommend Bilda Bikes! We are thrilled with our purchase of two Cannondale bikes from here, and we couldn't be happier. Bowie assisted us, and he was fantastic. Instead of just rushing us through a sale, he took the extra time to make sure our bikes were tailored to fit us perfectly. His patience and expertise made all the difference. If you're looking for a bike shop that truly cares about its customers, go see Bowie at Bilda Bikes! Thank you again for everything!
