I very rarely post negative reviews unless I genuinely feel it may help someone in the future. Get a second opinion if you require extensive dental work. After feeling frustrated by an email Karen, the receptionist sent me which ended in threatening to report me to the ATO (super withdrawal) should I not rebook my next appointment, I went to another dentist for another opinion - due to what they found I actually had to be referred to a specialist.
