We have used Bilbow Abstract for 6 different real estate transactions and have always been VERY satisfied with our experiences. The last closing was a month ago. We wanted to close quickly and they made it happen in two weeks. I love that they handle all of the loose ends and make sure all taxes, sewer bills and city bills come to our new address. So we don't have to worry about missing anything. Our first transaction with Bilbow Abstract was nearly 20 years ago and we are still just as satisfied with our last experience.
