⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve been in real estate for over 20 years, and Bil recently did something no other agent on the other side of a transaction has ever done—he sent me flowers after we closed. If you are looking for a Real Estate Agent that is beyond patient, you can't go wrong with Bil. I think I stopped counting the number of houses he showed us in the teens. We looked for over a year. It was a stressful and frustrating process. I have owned 3 other homes and the process was pretty simple and straight forward. That was 20 years age. Not so much these days.
