We had a great experience here. I had missed the Canada Day sale but they still found a way to get me a similar bike for an affordable price. The sales guy who had only been there for like 5 days did really good he was very knowledgeable of the products and helped me to make the right choice. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for an E-Bike. A model of bike for anyone and staff to help you find the one that suits your needs.
Excellent customer service from Biktrix, very helpful and knowledgeable in helping us select the right bikes for us. They opened the store twice when they were closed to allow us to purchase and then pick up our bikes as we are from out of town. Love that they are Canadian made!
Everyone was super helpful when there were issues with my bike . Bike is everything I was expecting and more.
Purchased two Kutty x3 bikes from the showroom. Setting up the first bike took 3 hours. The video provided missed a very important step required to put together handle bars. Haven't been able to ride the bike because it still doesn't steer properly. Having difficulty trying to talk to someone that can help us out because everything is either AI or email.
