Went to the store in Saskatoon and talked with Levi’s. He answered all my questions and set me up for a test ride. Went back on Thursday to pick up the bike. They helped me load it into my vehicle. Excellent service and seems like a great product. Over the next 4 days I put on 90 kms riding the trails in the city, no problems.
Although we had to wait 2 months for our Swift CVT lite bikes to arrive, the staff in Saskatoon are very good. Of late, Brando has been awesome. We both love our new bikes.
A big shout out to the Biktrix team for getting my bike up and running on very short notice so I could keep riding to finish my month of riding to fight to eliminate kids cancer. It was very appreciated
I purchased a Biktrix bike. It had a manufacturing issue where they did not file off the burrs from drilling the spoke mounting holes in the rim. See pictures. This in turn caused many flat tires tubes and ripped tires. They would not stand behind their product after we spent alot of money on their product. Shame on you Biktrix!
The minute we walked in we were greeted, pointed us in the right direction, explained everything in detail about the differences between the bikes, Very kind and knowledgeable, answered my 28 + questions without hesitation. Thank you Brando for the great experience!
